Vel = skin (or something like that), you mean Veel= much
Herren= German for Gentlemen, you mean Heren= Gentlemen (Dutch)
Honkbalsters, oh my, this is getting sensitive...

Altough they are not usually pronounced exactly the same the suffix -ster has two meanings in Dutch:
- "star", Honkbalster Chase Utley for instance, plural "Honkbalsterren", famous ball players
- "she who does it",Honkbalster, well, you for instance Honkbalster, plural "Honkbalsters", female ball players

...

Thanks, Theodoor! I need the language lessons! You know what's funny, though? I copied the "Vel Succes" from a facebook comment by a Dutchie! haha...guess they made a typo! Okay...so then... "Veel Succes Honkbalsterren! Is that better?

Better, but it may be taken as somewhat ironical coming from an American, to be a honkbalster (of the sort coming with testicles), we are usually thinking MLB or Official National Team AT LEAST. You know, playing in the All Star Game and such. Chase Utley is called one on the KNBSB site.
