Have you tried a baseball bat sensor? Pros and cons? Advice?

It seems to me like using a sensor is an incredible way to take the guess-work out of improving the baseball swing, since the feedback is measured and objective.

It’s also tracked over time, so you can see if your latest adjustments are working for or against you. 

Coaches, have you tried using a bat sensor with your players?  

Here's a big question I have... which metrics do you think are the most important?  Or that are the most useful for you?

Technology is amazing, isn't it?
