Just bought a wood v grip...will let you know when it arrives and is used in a game ...next week I hope..

I my son bought 3 of these bats one was the beast he hit 8 homers with it last year bought the big barrel version he seems to get his hands through the zone quicker but the bad thing about it is you cant spin the bat to change the sweet spot which does'nt matter with a wood bat i find that i turn my wrists too early and pound the ball into the dirt

No it's garbage!!!! THe whole point of it is to teach you to hold the bat properly in the fingers to increase bat speed and extension but I've already sold over 40 of my ProGrip's to boys at travel ball tournaments that had the V-Grip and still held the bat the wrong way!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Changing the handle of the bat to force you to hold the bat in the fingers would be like changing a baseball so you could throw a curve better!!!
