Thinking about trying to learn to throw a knuckleball for next season, I wanted to try it out to see if I even have a chance.

Interesting that you have said that, because I can actually throw the knuckleball like a fastball. I just don't do it because it has been just as effective when I throw it slow. Hey don't fix what is not broke.

Try learning the lost art of throwing the spitball. In the league I catch in spitballs are legal and I have a pitcher on my team that has perfected the pitch and is today probably the only pitcher in the country that actually throws it. Its like a fast knuckle ball...the perfect pitch.

When I was pitching in the MSBL/MABL World Series, that's all I threw WAS junk, and to see the power hitters that I faced try to take me over the fence only to hit infield flies was the best moment I had in this league and if I can help it I plan to go back to Phoenix to embarrass some more power hitters. If not, then I might go to Vegas next season.
