Hi Michael. I think honig.com is one. (Not sure of spelling.) You may want to get what they call a "starter's kit." It has good equipment while your starting out. That's why I did then I eventually upgraded to a MLB mask and a Joe West chest protector. I don't recommend spending $700 or more until you see how things pan out. And if you ever have any umpiring questions, please feel free. If I don't have the answer, my mentor who does preseason MLB games in Florida certainly will. All the best to you and your son. My first tip to you is to never make a call to quickly!!! 1) Pause 2) Read 3) React.
