Hi everyone.  Wanted to get peoples opinions or techniques for printing on bats.  Currently we use vinyal decals for our logos but was thinking about being able to personalize them with names, numbers, etc... was looking around at some ink transfer techniques but didn't come out great.  Not really in the market to buy a expensive machine to stamp them.  I saw somewhere that people were screen printing.  Just looking for some tip/tricks that were cost effective.

Thanks!

I use Lazertran Waterslide Decal Paper and my inkjet printer to print any color images I need.  Transfer the super-thin decal to the bat after soaking it in water, and then use turpentine to melt the decal into the surface of the wood.  Coat with your favorite clear finish.

I appreciate the tip Chris, I will look into it.
