Trademark your logos?
I am new to this forum and to bat making in general but I was curious if you guys were paying to have your logo's trademarked by the United States Patent Office? I have been making bats for my own use and talked about making some for friends and have designed a label but wasn't sure if I needed to check before I put the label on my bats?

I see no need unless you plan on selling them or building your business. The only reason to protect your logo is if you're in business. I can only see someone trying to file a claim on your logo if they were a competitor.
