Dabo Swinney takes little league coaching almost as serious as his day job

Posted on December 30, 2016 at 8:30pm 2 Comments

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Let’s take a brief look at the personalities of the four coaches in the College Football Playoff.

There is Alabama’s Nick Saban, bloodless automaton.

There is Ohio State’s Urban Meyer, tortured genius.

There is Washington’s Chris Petersen, every bit as loose and jovial as Dick Cheney.

And then there is Dabo Swinney, little league baseball coach.

In a little more than a month, the head coach of the…

Thank you Bill. Can you provide me with any West Coast contacts for Womens Baseball?  I need to look for closer playing options. Since I turned 20, I am in a different group age wise and most play is being geared towards younger players.

Thanks for the warm welcome Bill - I am still feeling my way in cyberspace - my main contribution so far is a weekly to bi-weekly blog at leelowenfish.com    Will be back to you soon. Precious time of year with baseball the main news in sports but football training camps lurk. Whoever said "baseball is what this country used to be, football is what it has become" certainly said a mouthful.  YIBF (Yours In Baseball Forever), Lee
