"There's a lot of information out there about the baseball swing, with some advocating a more linear swing while others are big fans of what is being called a rotational swing.  We have done some video analysis with our organization and…"

LEAVE IT ALL OUT THERE

Following the final wrestling match – the bronze medal clinching match - of his career at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece, Rulon Gardner left his wrestling shoes at the center of the mat as a ceremonial farewell to his sport. Gardner stated “To leave them on the mat meant I left everything on the mat as a wrestler." In wrestling, it’s traditional to do this following your last match as it pays homage the wrestling gods. Who is your favorite hitter and why?
Mike Trout because he is an all around great hitter, powerful, hits for average, and has a great, fundamentally sound swing with amazing rotational mechanics.
Who is your favorite pitcher and why?
Tom Seaver - grew up a Mets fan and he was the best in a long line of great Mets pitchers, even though the team actually stunk in the 70s (for the most part). I loved his drop and drive mechanics, but this doesn't work for everyone.
