Head Coach: ’00 Spring Season. Huntington Beach High School. JV Team.

Assistant Coach: ’99 Fall Season. Fullerton College Hornets. Primary responsibility is working with development of Catchers. Also involved in evaluating players for cuts.

Assistant Coach: 10/99. College All-Star Classic held at Loyola Marymount University. Primary role was 1st base coach.

Instructor: 3/98 to 8/98. Argentine International Olympic Baseball team. Use studies of Bio-Kinetics, Bio-Mechanics, Poly-Kinetics, and Baseball Idealism to provide instruction in hitting, fielding, and pitching. Goal was to qualify for the 2000 Olympics.

Business Owner/Head Coach/Instructor: 1984 to present. Provided private instruction in all aspects of baseball allowing for the discovery, encouragement, and training of over 300 players in and around the Atlanta area, with several students being offered and accepting Professional Contracts as well as others being recruited by colleges and universities on scholarship programs.

ON FIELD EXPERIENCE

1999 – Worked with Physically and Mentally Handicapped Community to develop a new sports league termed “Buddy ball”, a baseball game for handicapped children. Atlanta Fire of Atlanta, GA Varsity Head Coach of 14 year old team. Finished 2nd place in the Georgia Super Series Tournament.

1998 - International Olympic Baseball Team of Argentina.. Instructor for Hitting, Fielding, and Pitching.

1997 - SportsTech Senators of Atlanta, GA. Varsity Head Coach of the Pre-College Team.

1996 - Atlanta Angles of Atlanta, GA. Varsity Head Coach of Pre-College Team. Finished 3rd in Senior Little League State Tournament.

1995 - Atlanta Angles of Atlanta, GA. Varsity Head Coach of the 14-17 year old team. Finished 2nd place in the Roberto Clemente Tournament.

1994 - Gwinnett Christian Barons of Lilburn, GA. Jr. Varsity Head Coach of 14-18 year old team. League Champions.

COMMUNITY SERVICE - I strongly believe in giving back to my community and frequently volunteer my services to local baseball organizations. Assisted in the Training, Mentoring, and Placement of many players including: Joe McCann (AAA Mets), Steven Yurchuck (AA Cardinals), Clay Evanson (A Yankees), Kevin Covington (A Dodgers), Rusty Collins (Armstrong State University), Jared Purcell (Andrews College), etc.

INSTRUCTIONAL CAMPS


I organized and instructed the following camps, teaching basic fundamentals and mechanics. They included stations for pitching, base-running, hitting, infield, outfield and bunting.

1997 - Spring Break Camp along with 3 Summer Camps at SportsTech in Snellville, GA. Camps were held for 5 days with students of all ages.

1996 - Various Summer Camps around the Atlanta, GA area. Camps were held for 5 days with students of all ages.

1995 - Scott County Mini Camp in Chaffee/Cape Girardeau, MO. Camp was held for 2 days with 8-14 year old students.

1995 - Bethesda Park Mini Camp in Lawrenceville, GA. Camps was held for 5 days with students ages 6-8.

1995 - High School Baseball Camp in Duluth, GA. Camp was held for 3 days with students ages 14 and up.

1995 - Fast-Pitch Softball Camp in Tucker, GA. Camp was held for 5 days with students ages 8 and up.

1994 - Spring Training Camp in Lilburn, GA. Camp was held for 3 days with students ages 14 and up.

1994 - Summer Baseball Camp in Lawrenceville, GA. Camp was held for 30 days with students ages 6 and up.

1994 - Spring Instructional League in Lilburn, GA. Camp was held for 8 weekends with students ages 5-11.
