Making it to the Bigs

As I coach for a long time.I need help.Anyone who can help please send info. Of high school players ,how many play college ball, then how many get a minor league deal, and of those how many make it to the Bigs. May seem silly but, young players ask,and if they know how hard they have to work ,to get to the next level
