"James...in that case work a lot of top hand drills. The foul balls could be from the lack of top hand push through the baseball. Instead, your barrel may be dragging and therefore the force of the pitch is outweighing the force of the bat at impact."

Different Swings

Posted on January 2, 2012 at 11:00pm 14 Comments

I have a question, I have always hit decently to opposite field but i was doing this by not flipping my hands through and hitting the ball more out in front of me. With this being my second year on varsity, i am hoping to be a big stand out and have an impressive season.Well, I have tried to discipline myself to let the ball get deeper but im fouling several balls off the right field line. Do i need to try and flip my hands through more? Any othert things i should do?
