I just read your profile after writing my comment. Kudos to you for being a pitching coach who actually studies bio-mechanics and uses motion analysis! It seems like many pitching coaches don't and end up hurting pitchers. The amount of injuries to pitchers in the MLB is outrageous! I tend to be non-traditional in my beliefs and training regimen, but I've never had a sore arm, and I base what I do on scientific research. I'd love to hear more about how you train pitchers.

Thanks for the comments Joe! Old habits die hard! I've been working on correcting that and a few other mechanical flaws since October. I've made some progress but I have a tendency to fall back to old habits in games. I videotape myself often and know my flaws. Figuring out ways to correct them is the challenge! You're right about my passion for baseball. My friends call me crazy because I practice 6-days a week and spend all my money on practices, leagues, and tournaments. But my goal is to make it to the Olympics so I have to work hard. It's great to find others who share my passion!
