So you pony up some hard earned cash for some private lessons for Jimmy.  It’s winter time and he’s not doing much else, so aside from getting better at baseball, you’re hoping this will also “give him something to do.”  

Much to your content, you are right with both. He takes 10 lessons and sees dramatic improvement.  He wraps up his lessons at the end of february, maybe mid March, and he’s ready to for team practices to begin around that…
