I mostly hit for average, with a few bombs thrown in here and there :-) Absolutely a pull hitter!! (That's what Darrell Evans taught me). Those of you who played in the winter league with me understand ;-)

Shane Victorino. He is a great all around player, I love his heart and hustle. I really enjoying watching him in the outfield......great glove!

Cliff Lee. He isn't intimidated by anyone, has a great attitude, and truly believes that if he performs to his abilities that no one will be able to beat him!

Playing ball this year at home. Going to be coaching my son for his first year in baseball, will play/manage a team here in our wood bat league www.NWIBL.org. Played in the CWL this winter.

Thanks for joining the BaseballStrengthCoaching.comgroup.  Our goals are to facilitate the improvement of athletic performance in the game of baseball, promote the sports medicine and performance enhancement professions, and provide both up-to-date education programs to both the professional and general sports communities.  Currently, our education activities include a free on-line journal and blog discussions by industry professionals with expertise and experience in all facets of the game of baseball on sport-specific topics representing "total player development".
