Carl Yazstrmski. He was the last triple crown hitter. He made the 1967 Red Sox a team and season you can't forget.
Who is your favorite pitcher and why?
Nolan Ryan. He played for 26 years and he was in a class of his own.
More About Me:
I have been involved in baseball since I was a kid. I ended my playing career playing minor league baseball for 6 years. I have coached in college, pro baseball and youth baseball. Now I am a full time teaching instructor for the past 15 years. I really enjoy watching kids maturing as players and as young men.

I played for the Seattle Mariners orginization from 1979 to 1985 and the St.Louis Cardinals orginization in 1986.
