Wanted some feedback from some coaches, instructors, and parents. Now I always tell my kids and parents that the basics of the swing are the same at every level of baseball LL to MLB. But, there are some variations of "getting ready, into a launch position, etc". I would like to know what some guys use or teach as their timing mechanism.
I constantly hear a few instructors in my area teach one method and that is all.....the leg kick. And if you do not do it this way your doing it…
