Arm/Shoulder Exercises

I am 59 years young and just joined a 55+ league. Haven't pitched 60'6" for more than an inning for 30 years. Arm is still limber but want to prevent injury and make it stronger. What exercises and warmups do you recommend?

Albert Pujols - disciplined and solid, repeatable consistent swing.

Freddie Garcia - He pitches with everything he has, uses his experience and knowledge and battles every pitch of every batter even when he doesn't have his best stuff.

Played at Edison Community College in Ft. Meyers, Florida (1970-1972. Played at Florida International University (1974). Played in Shoreline League of Northern Illinois. Hit the low to mid 80's on fastball. Curveball was my best pitch.
