Always trying to improve hip rotation and explosion. Ran across landmine exercises developed by an Olympic discus thrower Is anyone else using these exercises. Also using rotational core exercises. I'm just a high school football and baseball coach but have gravitated to hitting over the years. We have been fortunate to have produced several D1 and JUCO players over the years Always looking for ways to improve my off season program. Any ideas are welcome.
