Kevin Youkilis - I've always admired his plate discipline. He hits for average but can also beat you with the long ball - he plays hard, and is dialed in every pitch.
Who is your favorite pitcher and why?
Roy Halladay - Quiet guy who works hard and respects the game.

How important is tee work?

I have always hated tee work. When faced with the option, I will opt for flips, soft toss, BP, or any other drill where I am simulating the game situation of hitting a moving object. I've always thought that was best for my hand/eye coordination and would yield the best results as far as improvement went. But what about my swing?
