Pitchers...you can be trained by the pros!

As much as I love reading up on all the advice given, we sometimes get confused when one person disagrees with another on what is the best method on developing as a ball player. Pitching has been the hardest thing to grasp! We try to stay up on things but the research doctors continually find out some things are just not that good to do to keep a strong arm and reduce injury. Hey Mark,

How you been? So I got an email for a tryout that is gonna be held in Rome, GA December 13 for the Northern League. I will be attending that. I am so glad something has come up. I am sorry that I cant go around there, I am short on money right now and I live to far to be driving. I have to work Friday so if it is ok with you I would like to go by and Hit for a little bit around 1 or so
