Starting a new MSBL league on Maui Hawaii

I`m looking for advice from others who have started new leagues. What means did you use to recruit players? I know players fees vary from state to state but whats a fair price? Did you have trouble acquiring fields? Whats a fair price to pay for fields on a Sunday morning? How did you find your umpires? whats a fair price to offer umpires? Thoughts on the US - Puerto Rico game last night

Did anyone else here stay up and watch the US come back in the bottom of the ninth inning against Puerto Rico last night? While I didn't see the entire game, the last inning was very well played by the US and very exciting to any fan of baseball. Very disciplined atbats the whole ninth inning... Abramson On Fire For The Dons

Jonathan Abramson (San Fransisco) is starting to to make a name for himself. The 6-2/175 pound RS Sophomore is set to pitch for the Alexandria Aces of the Cal Ripken Sr. League this summer.
