Baseball coaching tips of the day
It drives me nuts to hear a coach say, "They don't want to play," or "They don't want it" or "They don;t want to work." That's your job to create the excitement and environment so they want to be there. Remember:
1. Attitude begins with the coaches.
2. Before you can expect them to play well, you are responsible for teaching how.
3. Emphasis should be on the process, not the scoreboard.
4. When the intent is on fun and education, everybody is a winner in the end.
