What Are You Thankful For?

Am thankful for all my blessings. My fabulous son. My health. My friends. The fact that at 70 I found a new
career as actor and have a successful show. The fact I have made friends with baseball people at check swing
& people like Brooks Robinson, Yogi Berra, David Dombrowski and others. Have a great Thanksgiving.

I'm thankful for a God who is faithful in His promise to supply all of my needs (and a bunch of my wants too). I'm also thankful for the best wife a guy could ask for who takes care of the best son a guy could ask for and the best dog a guy could ask for. My wife is thankful that I hung up my towel after my shower today...

I'm thankful for:
- Seat cushions
- Bifocals
- Absorbine Jr.
- Talcum powder
- Polident
- Extra rolls of TP in the locker-room
- Visitors locker with more than two shower heads
- Visitor's parking space for the bus that's less than a half a mile from the game
- Rain outs when we're ahead
- Insect repellent

I'm thankful for God's mercy, grace, and love, and for sending Jesus to redeem mankind, my wife of 31 years, my 2 sons, my grandchildren, and some of the best family and friends a man could ever have.

Hey guy's, you all have said it all of what we all should be thankful for on a daily 24-7 yearly basis, I will just add that every time I see those less fortunate than I it really opens my eyes as to how we all have so much to be thankful for, A belated happy thanksgiving and A very merry X-mas, a very safe happy and successful new year to you all. Thanks Bill Stanton for posting your great question, I feel like your question and all of the great answers tends to add a personal touch to this check swing site.
From a very not so smart ex- minor league player who blew the great opportunity that every young player dreams of having.
