# Remind kids to play for the enjoyment and improvement, and that winning and immediate success are bonuses.
# Keep teams centered on long-range development.
# Point out the skillful things teams do, regardless of a game’s outcome.
# Encourage players to believe the next game will be better.
# Explain you will not accept the word "can’t" because it is a pessimistic outlook that is self-fulfilling.
