Downward  barrel path.

Improper weight shift.

Little to no coil.

Hammering hands.

Out front contact.

Actually, Richard, there's nothing wrong with a downward barrel path. That's what you want- it's the only way to consistently barrel the ball. By improper weight shift, you actually mean, he has no load. He's just lunging forward. Which is not what we want. He has no coil because he has no load. And I don't know what you mean by hammering hands, but, his hands aren't very good. They have no rearward movement, which will help create bat speed. And he is out in front because of all the things I just said.

You do seem to be unweighing both feet at contact which tells me you are trying to lift the ball.  Get your front foot planted more securely.  Try a longer stride or better yet, widen your stance to begin with and take your same short stride.  It just seems you have no lower body power in your swing and you are stepping forward with your back foot after contact which is a symptom of not bracing against the front side as well as you should.  It reminds me of a tennis swing...quick but not powerfull.  Other than that...it is not bad.  You don't have any wasted movement or a hitch that I can detect.
