I think your swing has several pros and cons. The pros are you have rhythm at the plate and a fast bat. The cons include not getting much out of your lower half and not staying through the ball. Try staying in your legs by using a little wider stance with flexed knees. Also think of staring down the barrel of your bat right after contact. This will keep your head down longer and allow your bat to stay in the hitting zone for a longer period of time.

Scouts will look at your hands and feet first as you know. Do you notice anything about your back foot in regards to your energy line (linear energy)?

Be realistic about your objective and what you're trying to achieve.  Your mechanics are pretty solid.  I'm with BL because I'm a strong advocate of a wide stance/base.  By the looks of the video you're not a small little guy.  But, at the end of the day it's about vision, bat mass, bat speed, hitting it sweet, and getting a good pitch to drive.
